Time Set KX-TDA 50/100/200
KEYSTROKES
(Press these keys on the phone designated for programming)
Press PROGRAM, STAR, STAR, 1234 (Default password is 1234. yours may have been changed)
Press SP-PHONE Display shows Date & Time Set
Press ENTER (or Auto Dial/Store) Display will show year, month and date
Press the button below NEXT on the display Display will show flashing hour.
Enter the 2-digit hour Such as 03 or 11
Enter the 2-digit minute Such as 06 or 44
If needed, set AM or PM Not necessary if correct or change by pressing SEL+
Press ENTER on the Navigator Wheel or the button labeled Auto Dial/Store. New time is now stored.
Lift handset and hang up to leave programming mode or press exit







You can pre-dial, dial the number before picking up. This way you can correct a misdial or save it to Speed Dial.






How do I turn background music On or OFF?

How do I program a speed dial button on my phone?
If you have unused buttons on your digital or analog proprietary telephone, you can program them as speed dial buttons.
With the handset down and the speakerphone off.
Press the PROGRAM button (PAUSE if you do not have a PROGRAM button )
Press the button you want to program
If the button light turns red, dial 2 (if you select a button without a light, skip this step)
Dial 9
Dial the number you want to program
Press the STORE button. (The button with AUTO DIAL above it and STORE below it)
Press the PROGRAM button (PAUSE if you do not have a PROGRAM button)







How do I make a Conference call?
Multi-Line Telephones (During a two-party conversation)
1. Press CONF., Listen for confirmation tone
2. Dial the phone number of the third party.
If internal, dial the person’s extension number.
If an outside call, dial 9 or press a line button.
3. Press CONF.
4. A three-party conference is now established
To add a fourth party to the Conference
1. Press CONF again
2. Dial the phone number of the third party, internal or external (see number 2 above)
3. Press CONF. A four party conference is established
Repeat these steps to add up to 8 party's.



How do I program Station Names?
KX-TDA 50/100/200
In order to change names, it is necessary to know the STATION number of the station.
Names can only be programmed from phones allowed this feature.
Example below is for the phone located at Station 121. Name to be entered is Bob

Press ENTER (or key under ENTER on display) Ext Name

Enter the Extension Number 121
Dial 2 (for the B in Bob) Display will read 2
Press the 2 until B shows on the display B
Press 6 (for the o in Bob) Display will read B2
Press the 6 until o shows on the display Bo
Dial 2 (for the b in Bob) Display will read Bo2
Press the 2 until b shows on the display Bob
Press ENTER or STORE to save
If you press 6 to enter M and then want to enter O, press the button under the right facing arrow to move the curser to the right, the press 6 until the o shows on the display.








Re-Setting Passwords on the Panasonic TVS
As system administrator, you have the ability to delete a password from any mailbox. By following these steps, you delete the existing password (without knowing what it was). You can then log-in to the mailbox and enter a new password if desired.
Call the Voice Mail
Press POUND 6
Press STAR 999 Most Panasonic systems use 3-digit extension numbers. If you are using 2-digit extension numbers, use 99. If you are using 4-digit extension numbers, use 9999

Enter password if requested, followed by # (POUND) 8920#
Dial 6 (For other features)
Dial 1 (Mailbox Setup)
Dial 3 (Reset Password)
Enter the mailbox number in which you wish to delete the password
Press 1 to delete the password
The password is now deleted. You can check by pressing POUND 6 STAR and the mailbox number. It should not ask for a password.

How do I program each line to have a distinctive ring?
Press PROGRAM
Program Press the CO Line key you wish to change
Press the same key again, enter the tone number (01 through 30)
You will hear the tone associated with the tone type number. For example, if you press 02, you will hear the tone associated with tone type 22. Press each number (01-30) until you hear the tone you desire.
Press STORE
The tone is now stored for that line on that phone only.




To Log-In your Voicemail from outside the office.
Call the office
If the voice mail answers, press POUND 6 STAR and your mailbox number. If someone answers live, have them transfer you to your mailbox. When you hear any greeting, press POUND 6 STAR and your mailbox number.










How do you check messages & then go to other mailboxes to leave a message?

Once you have listened to your messages you can move around the system in one of 2 ways.
Pound 6 Pound 8
Press #6 and enter another users mailbox number.
You will immediately be transferred and hear their greeting.
When done leaving your message, press #6 again and go to another mailbox if desired. Press #8 and enter another users mailbox number.
The voice mail will ring their phone a pre-programmed number of times.
If they do not answer, you will be transferred and hear their greeting.
When done leaving your message, press #8 again and go to another mailbox if desired.









Recording Company Greetings on Panasonic TVA Systems


1 Call the Voice Mail (Voicemail Button)
2 Press POUND 6 STAR 998 (#6*998)

3 Enter Password (if requested), press POUND
Your password is ___8920__#______________
4 Press 5 modify message.
5 Press 3 Change the custom service menu press.
6 Enter the Custom Service number, 1 for day and 2 for night, usually.
8 Listen to the prompts carefully. Record your script and press 1.
Then press “1 to review or 2 to accept or 3 to erase” and start over. When satisfied with your recording, make sure you accept by pressing 2 or it won't be saved.





Call Forwarding Options

You can have your calls forwarded to a specified destination. XXX means an extension number or an outside phone number
All Calls: All calls are forwarded. (FWD All: XXX)
Busy: All calls are forwarded when your extension is busy. (FWD Busy: XXX )
No Answer: All calls are forwarded when not answered within a specified time period. (FWD No Ans: XXX)
Busy/No Answer : All calls are forwarded when you do not answer within a specified time period or when your extension is busy. (FWD B/NA: XXX):
Follow Me (From): If you fail to set the above-mentioned "All Calls" to forward before you leave your desk, you can set the same feature from the destination extension. Just press 7 after Step 3 and your extension number (8 to cancel).
